For over 280 days I have been travelling Australia as a nomad – house sitting, pet sitting, couch surfing and camping – all whilst being a full time university student and completing the final part of my arts qualification remotely.  I am on the road until January 2027. Thought I would give a brief update.

Acting

Vanessa acting opposite late Scottish actor Tommy Dysart (GoGoMobile fame) in her award-winning performance.

As an award-winning actress, Vanessa has worked on countless productions in film, theatre and TV.

Vanessa trained at the esteemed Actors Centre in London for 6 months and had the great privilege of performing her one-woman show in London’s West End.

Vanessa also trained (for three weeks) with the New Actors Workshop in New York with the late Oscar-winning film director – Mike Nichols.

In 2006, Vanessa was the lead female co-star in the TROMA horror film Nocturne, Night of the VampireThe film screened in the main program at festivals across Europe and the UK, including the Brussels International Fantastic Film Festival, the Athens Film Festival, the Cork International Film Festival, the Portobello Film Festival, the Razor Reel Fantastic Film Festival and Broet. Vanessa attended all the premieres as an international guest. 

Vanessa is represented by elite talent agent and the producer of Romper Stomper – Daniel Scharf.
