Sola Cue G-spot Vibrator Review By Maxim Sex Columnist – Vanessa de Largie

Me, my bubble butt and the sola cue – eat your heart out Kimmy K!

I received this complimentary product courtesy of Peepshow Toys.

I endlessly seek g-spot orgasms. To me they are the holy grail.  If clitoral orgasms are the bronze package and blended orgasms are the silver.  Then g-spot orgasms definitely take the gold. I was looking forward to reviewing the Sola Cue, after reading all the hype. When a courier delivered the product.  I couldn’t wait to rip the parcel open and make a head start.

The Sola Cue arrived in a stylish aqua and white box.  It comes packaged with a USB charger and an anti-bacterial storage pouch.  As a writer, I love that I can charge my sex toys through my laptop.  It comes in handy when I’m writing and beats plugging it into a power point. The Sola Cue  gives you one hour of play on a single charge!

The Cue is made from pure silicone and has a silky smooth feel.  It’s 100% waterproof which is a prerequisite for a woman like me,  when purchasing a sex-toy. I LOVE my bubble baths and often have two a day.  90% of my masturbatory efforts take place in the bath.

With my Sola Cue all charged up.  I began to set the scene.

A bubble bath.
A glass of Merlot.
And a couple of clitoral orgasms courtesy of my We Vibe Tango.

It was time to insert the Cue, vaginally.  My issue with many G-Spot vibrators is the huge bulbous head.  I have no issue with a bulbous head on a cock.  But with vibrators — my pussy tends to reject them — it shuts up shop.  Perhaps it’s my Vaginismus.

What I like about the Cue is that it’s gently curved and slides in easily while at the same time filling me up. The vibrations are also impressive and very rumbly.  But the control panel is problematic.  It’s hard to turn on and even more troublesome to turn off.

I did not have a g-spot orgasm from the Sola Cue on that first go.  And I have not had ONE g-spot orgasm in the 3 months since.  I have been putting this review off.  Telling myself that perhaps I wasn’t relaxed enough, turned on enough or open enough.  But after playing with this toy over 30 times.  I can say it does NOT work for me.

I wanted to love it.  I really did.  But it’s just not meant to be.  I give the Sola Cue 1 star! (out of 5)
