I love Vietnamese cuisine like alcoholics love alcohol. I am on the constant lookout for great Viet Restaurants.
A few months ago, I reviewed T’s Vietnamese Classics, stating it was the freshest Vietnamese food I have ever tasted. I still stand firmly beside this large claim.
Today I ventured back to T’s Vietnamese Classics, to once again indulge in their Grilled Pork & Vermicelli Noodles (Bun Thit Nuong).
This dish is godly. Pork that melts on your tongue, carrots, bean sprouts, coriander, mint and vermicelli noodles – only the freshest of ingredients are served at this hawker style eatery.
Customers also have the choice of mince pork balls, spring rolls or grilled pork in betel leaf, if the traditional grilled pork isn’t your style.
So if you’re looking for the most delicious Vietnamese meal this side of the London Post office, head to Preston Markets and march your tastebuds to T’s Vietnamese Classics.
Your taste buds will applaud you, I guarantee.
